How do you adapt to a quickly changing environment? What do you do when time gets compressed and you still have to deliver? How do you support creativity and innovation in your organization? An increasing number of professionals is being trained in improvisation skill and mindset. It helps them to play with their changing environment instead of trying to control it. It creates freedom to act, and to be creative in uncertanty.

Meet The World 2013

The world is rapidly changing and organizations struggle to find new ways to remain part of the game. Or should we start a completely new game… hmm (thinking noice)… Let's build a prototype! On the 11th or January 2013 de Baak organizes the anual Meet The World event, with this year a focus on Innovation and how Playfulness can help organizations in this process. Rutger Slump

Rutger Slump is sinds 2005 programmamaker bij de Baak. Hij verzorgt met name incomapany trajecten bij bedrijven die als no-nonse gekarakteriseerd kunnen worden. Van Rotterdamse haven tot financiële instellingen. Zijn focus ligt op talentontwikkeling, communicatie en creatief denken. Hij doet dit in de rol van (team)coach, trainer en dagvoorzitter.
