The on-line programme
In a unique, personalised web-based working space each participant receives online coaching on the use of new tools and terminology. Short clips, artwork, webinars with front-runners of tomorrow’s businesses, questions and assignments: they all allow you to enter a new world. A world which offers you the opportunity of looking at other organisations, consulting the visions of fellow leaders and exchanging information. A world in which interaction is key. This programme also allows you to be the outsider looking in, observing and dissecting your own organisation from an entirely different angle, gaining new insight into its internal structure. Learn from the best and, in this programme, that means learn from experts such as author Ori Brafman, blogger Nalden, internet designer Martijn Pater, and trendwatcher Adjiedj Bakas.
Collaboration is essential in tomorrow’s leadership and in this programme. All working spaces are linked together, facilitating and encouraging interaction between participants when working through assignments.
The leadership development journey, 24 - 27 April 2012
Taking yourself out of a situation is the best way of gaining insight into that situation. Thinking outside the box is best done outsie box. A five-day stay in Spain allows you to do just that. The sense of timelessness, enhances the perception of One World. Contemplation, narratives and experiences in nature will help you reflect on your impact in that world. This requires a deep understanding of yourself, a journey to the core of your being. You will be guided on this journey in order to reach your ultimate destination: a new sense of leadership. Over the course of five days, you will ‘journey’ from the inside outwards.
The first day is all about getting connected, about the relationship you have with your body and mind. On the second day you will closely examine the connection between you and your organisation. And on the third day you will look for your place among the global nomads that are tomorrow’s leaders.
Delegates will reconvene to exchange account of their experiences, at a chosen location in Europe.
