WHO ARE WE? Reflections on Dutch Leadership and Society

What is Dutch leadership? How does it differ from other forms of leadership? How do non-Dutch experience Dutch leadership and vice versa? What are strengths and weaknesses? Can the Dutch principles of leadership be used globally? In other cultures?

On Wednesday, 9 September 2009, De Baak and Amsterdam Bright City are presenting a unique symposium in which the essential elements of the human side of enterprise will be debated.

What is the identity and image of Dutch Leadership and Society? We will compare and share our thoughts and experiences together prominent national and international speakers and a highly qualified panel from all aspects of leadership in Dutch society, in order to create awareness about what Dutch leadership means for the individual, the organization and society, and how this is viewed by those with a different perspective.

Cost: donation to the Papageno Foundation, an initiative which provides the healing power of music for autistic children and their families.
